El Amigo Felix is one of those places you would walk by and never really think that people actually go in there. Yet, the place is actually fairly popular and has really cheap drinks. Nothing crazy goes on at El Amigos becuase the place is fairly small, but for cheap drinks it's a decent place to go to. The one downside is that it is kind of in a weird area with not much else nearby.
