| Review: | Ibiza, formerly known as Pica Topas, is a Spanish restaurant in downtown New Haven. I've been going there since it first opened probably about ten years ago. Back then, it was a topas place where you would order many small dishes and share them with the table. Now, it's more of a regular restaurant with appetizers and main courses. What I really love about Ibiza is that their dishes are very original and well prepared. But not only is the food good, but the owner is an extremely nice man and the waiters have been working there for as long as the restaurant has been open and are great. I really enjoy the Spanish food here and this is by far one of the best restaurants in New Haven. |
