This place has superb sushi. People come to New Haven all the way from NYC to eat here. They have unique rolls that fuse western and japanese food in unexpected and delicious ways (eg almond, goat cheese and asparagus roll). If you eat here with a group of people you should definitely order their saki sampler. You get several small bottles of their home brewed saki which has great flavors like dragonfruit or hot pepper. The owner, Bun, is also a really cool guy.
