Playwright is an extremely popular place on weekends. There is not all that much to say about it, except that it's a typical Irish Pub. Drinks are expensive, and the crowd tends to be a bit older. Not that many Yale students will venture over to Temple street so it's mainly a townie based crowd. It's still a nice place, and has a small sit down area outside. Worth visiting.
