| Review: | Rudy's is a well established bar in New Haven. Its clientele mostly consists of Yale seniors, Yale alumni visiting New Haven for the weekend, and townies. It features live music, good drinks, and especially french fries (or frites). What distinguishes their frites from other places is that you can choose dozens of different sauces, which you never would have thought would go well with frites. The room in front features the live music, but there's also a back room with a pool table and benches if you want to get away from the music. Rudy's gets pretty packed during the weekend, but is always fun. I really recommend this bar to anyone in New Haven. |
