I used to go to Toad's when there was a decent show in town... basically once a year. CT is generally deviod of any kind of quality music scene (most bands stop in CT to piss between shows in NY and Boston), and as a result, Toads has maintained its status by having one or two good shows per year, and allowing underage kids to drink there pretty much the rest of the time.

Like everything else, a little bit in moderation is ok, but if you find yourself here more than once a month, you might want to seek help.
